Guidelines
Payment Terms – 2026 Season
• All entries must be registered online no later than forty-five (45) days prior to the competition date.
• Full payment is required thirty (30) days prior to the competition date to confirm registration.
Payments received fewer than thirty (30) days before the event may incur a late fee.
• To qualify for early payment benefits, payment must be submitted in full forty-five (45) days or more prior to the competition date.
Partial payments are not eligible for early payment benefits.
• Routines will not be accepted by phone or fax.
• Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are not considered official until payment is received in full.
Refund & Credit Policy – 2026 Season
• If a WCTE event is cancelled by World-Class Talent Experience, Inc. (including, but not limited to, COVID or other unforeseen circumstances), all entry fees will be refunded to the studio.
• No refunds will be issued if a studio or attendee cancels for any reason.
• If a dancer is unable to attend an event for any reason, a credit voucher will be issued to the studio account under which the dancer was registered.
Credits may be applied toward a future WCTE event.
• “Day-of” cancellations, or dancer/routine cancellations submitted after the event has concluded, will not receive refunds or credits.
• No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Waiver and General Release
• All individuals attending or participating must complete a waiver.
• Waivers for minors (under 18) must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
• Individuals 18 years of age or older must complete their own waiver.
If an adult completes a waiver on behalf of a minor, they are not required to complete an additional waiver for themselves.
Accepted Payment Methods
We offer the following three (3) payment options:
1. Credit Card
2. ACH (Automated Clearing House / Bank Draft)
3. Wire Transfer
• ACH and Wire Transfer details are available upon request by contacting our office.
• All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• A service charge will be assessed on all credit card transactions.
• No personal checks will be accepted from individual parents or guardians.
Additional Policies and Terms
• Independent entries are not accepted at WCTE events.
• Schedule requests submitted to our office may incur a $20.00 fee per request.
• Registration changes will not be accepted fewer than five (5) days prior to the event.
• On-site registration and on-site entry revisions are not permitted under any circumstance.
• Once an event is sold out, studios will be notified and a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required to hold a spot.
The deposit will be applied toward entry fees and will guarantee placement in the selected city until the payment deadline.
Event Operations and Scheduling
• World-Class Talent Experience, Inc. reserves the right to:
• Add additional competition days
• Change competition locations
• Cancel any event that does not meet minimum entry requirements
• If an event is cancelled due to insufficient entries, all paid entry fees will be refunded.
• Studios will receive an event information email approximately seven (7) days prior to the competition.
• Admission is free, and the general public is welcome.
• Theater doors will open 30 minutes prior to the first scheduled performance.
• All performers must be prepared to perform at least one (1) hour prior to their scheduled performance time.
• WCTE will not hold routines for any reason.
If a routine is not ready when called, it will not be rescheduled, and the opportunity to perform will be forfeited.
