We request that entries be registered online (30) days prior to the competition date. 


All payments must be submitted online (2) weeks prior to the competition date.  


Registration must be received and paid in full (40 or more) days out from the event to qualify for the studio incentive early payment program.




If the event is cancelled due to CDC, local, state and/or federal government mandates, unforeseeable natural disaster or a world emergency, entry fees will be refunded.

Any attendee with flu-like symptoms, we request that you please do not attend the event. If the event is held and a dancer cannot attend due to Covid-19, illness, or injury, You must notify the WCTE office via email at at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event. We will offer a refund provided the dancer submits a doctor's note and/or Covid-19 test confirmation to our office within (72) hours of the scheduled competition date.  

If a registrant chooses to withdraw from a live event that is able to take place for reasons other than Covid-19, illness, or injury without a doctor's note and/or Covid-19 test confirmation within (72) hours of the scheduled competition date, a refund will not be provided.


Routines will not be accepted by phone or fax. Routines are on a first come first serve basis and will not be considered official until we receive payment in full.  



All persons attending or participating are required to fill out a waiver. Minor waivers (18 and under) must be filled out by a parent or legal guardian. All persons over the age of 18 are required to complete an individual waiver, however if an adult completes a waiver for a minor, they do not need to complete a second one for themselves.

Payment methods include credit card, ACH and wire transfer in US dollars (USD). Please be advised that a service charge will be assessed on all credit card transactions. No personal checks will be accepted from individual parents or guardians. 


Any schedule requests submitted to our office will incur a $20.00 fee per each schedule request. 


Any schedule changes needed ten (10) days or less out from the event date will incur a $20.00 change fee. Registration changes will NOT be accepted less than 5 days out from the event. On-site registration and changes will not be permitted.


Once an event is sold-out studios will be notified and a 50% deposit will be required to hold your spot. The deposit will be applied to your entry fees for the event. Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit will guarantee a spot in your selected city until the deadline.

WORLD-CLASS TALENT EXPERIENCE, INC. reserves the right to add additional competition days or move the competition location due to unforeseen circumstances. WORLD-CLASS TALENT EXPERIENCE, INC. also reserves the right to cancel any event that does not meet the minimal number of acceptable entries. In the event this should happen, all entry fees will be refunded. 


An email will be sent to each studio approximately (7) days before the competition containing all event details. Admission is free and the general public is welcome. Doors will open to the theater exactly 30 minutes prior to the first scheduled performance time. Please be ready to perform at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled performance time. All performers must be prepared to dance when scheduled. WORLD-CLASS TALENT EXPERIENCE, INC. will not “hold” any routine. Should an artist not be ready to perform at the scheduled time, the artist will not be able to perform and the routine will not be rescheduled.
