Now Hiring: WCTE Backstage Crew
Be the heartbeat behind the curtain—direct performers, keep the flow smooth, and hype up dancers during Awards. High-energy, organized, and outgoing individuals wanted. Must thrive in fast-paced environments and love creating unforgettable experiences for young dancers.
What You’ll Do
Direct the flow of dancers and maintain backstage organization
Communicate with the Audio Tech to keep the event on schedule
Assist with Awards Ceremonies—set the stage, hype the dancers, and hand out awards
Work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment surrounded by young performers

World-Class Talent Experience (WCTE) is hiring Judges for our 2026 competition tour! We’re seeking experienced Dance Educators who can deliver fair, motivating, and constructive critiques across all genres and levels.
What You’ll Do:
Judge live performances using WCTE’s digital scoring and tabulation system
Record clear, uplifting, constructive, engaging and meaningful critiques for every routine
Recognize and inspire dancers on stage

The Competition Photographer is responsible for capturing dynamic, well-timed, and high-quality photos of every performance on the WCTE stage. You will also capture awards ceremonies, candid moments, and special highlights that reflect the spirit of our events. Join World-Class Talent Experience on tour and capture the magic of live dance competitions.
What You’ll Do
Photograph every performance and awards from a stationary DSLR setup
Be comfortable using Media Network Systems and Apple computers
Deliver high-quality action shots per routine in a fast-paced environment
