Music Submission Through Studio Account All competition music must be uploaded through the Studio Account using the Media Manager after routines have been registered. Studios are responsible for uploading the correct version, cut, and edit of each routine’s music. Uploaded files should be reviewed to confirm they play correctly and without issue in the browser. Music submitted after the published deadline will not be accepted. Music Format & Timing Guidelines All competition music must be uploaded in MP3 format only. Routine times must remain within the published time limits. Extended performance times will only be honored if the routine is officially registered with Extended Time. This policy will be strictly enforced. Backup Music Requirements Studios must bring backup music for all routines on a USB or flash drive, clearly labeled with the registered routine title. Studios are responsible for collecting all backup music from the Sound Engineer following the event. World-Class Talent Experience, Inc. is not responsible for music left behind, and unclaimed music will not be returned.
